The investor behind the “Lipite” complex is the Spanish company Hercheza, which has extensive international experience in the development and construction of residential projects. The company was founded in 1972 and has completed over 31,000 housing units in 9 countries.

Hercheza is renowned for its approach to creating residential projects that combine quality, functionality, and contemporary architecture.

The project is being implemented under the management of Strive 4BG—a Bulgarian investment project management company specializing in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and energy.

Strive 4BG is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of all stages of the project’s implementation, with a focus on quality, deadlines, and effective management.

Upon reaching Act 14, the payment schedule for Phase 3 changes to 20% upon Act 14 and 80% upon project completion.

In Phase 3, there are still apartments available with various layouts and sizes.
