“Lipite” is a modern residential complex situated on an area of 22 decares in one of Sofia’s fastest-growing and most sought-after neighborhoods—Manastirski Livadi–East. Completed Phases
Phase 1 – Put into operation in 2023.
The first phase of the complex was fully completed and put into operation in 2023. All residential units and commercial spaces in this phase have been sold out. Phase 1 includes 66 apartments, 73 parking spaces, 6 stores, 35 basements, 1 garage, and 1 transformer station, as well as a landscaped courtyard covering an area of 3,000 m², featuring walking paths, a playground, and a relaxation area.

Phase 2 – Put into operation in 2024
The second phase of the project was successfully completed and put into operation in 2024. It includes 91 apartments, 9 retail units, 45 basements, 1 garage, and 104 parking spaces.

The complex offers spacious apartments with a variety of floor plans, designed with comfort and functionality in mind. As part of this phase, high-quality landscaping has been implemented, featuring over 35% green space, as well as bike lanes and pedestrian areas.
