Start of the construction of the second stage of the "LIPITE" complex in the Manastirski Livadi – East district, Sofia

At the end of March 2023, the construction of the second stage of the "LIPITE" complex in the Manastirski livadi - Iztok district, Sofia, was officially started. The complex consists of several buildings attached to each other, with heights of 15 meters and a total of 157 apartments in stages 1 and 2, with various layouts and areas. Most apartments have spacious terraces and a panoramic view of Vitosha and/or the inner park area. The complex also offers a wide range of extras for its residents, such as underground parking, children's playground, green areas, video surveillance and controlled access.
