At the end of December 2023, stage 2 of the Lipite complex received Act 14.

A statement of findings under Art. 181(3) of the Spatial Development Act was also issued, establishing the “rough construction” stage.

The investor of the complex is the Spanish company Hercesa Internacional, which has extensive international experience in the development and construction of residential projects. The company was founded in 1972 and has completed over 30,000 homes in 9 countries, including Spain, Romania, Mexico, Ecuador and Panama.
Hercesa Internacional is known for its ambition to offer housing of high quality, modern design and functionality.

The project is being managed by Strive 4BG, a Bulgarian investment project management company. Strive 4BG specialises in the successful management of projects in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. It has a large number of highly qualified specialists with many years of experience and professionalism.
